We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

A Return & Refund Policy is crucial for a dropshipping store like Genie Cart. Since you don’t control fulfillment directly, the key is to make your policy clear, fair, and transparent, while also protecting your business from abuse. At Genie Cart, we value your satisfaction. However, please note that we do not provide product exchanges.

How Long Do I Have To Make A Return?

You have a maximum of 07 days from the date of your purchase to make a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 07 days after the purchase date. Returns postmarked after 07 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.

Do I Have To Pay For Shipping When I Return Something?

No. Genie Cart will cover the return shipping costs or provide a refund without requiring you to ship the item back (depending on the supplier’s policy).

How Do I Make A Return?

  • Contact Us

    1. Email our support team at geniecartco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

    2. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect).

     

  • Wait for Approval

    1. Our team will review your request and let you know if your order qualifies for a return.

    2. Since our products ship from different suppliers, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.

     

  • Return the Item (if required)

    1. Place the item in its original packaging.

    2. If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return costs.

    3. If the return is due to personal reasons (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

     


Refund Policy

1. For products that are returned in accordance with this return Policy, refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account. Unfortunately, your refund may require an additional 10-15 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

2. The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.

NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 07 days after your purchase date.

What is the refund method?

The refund will be sent to your Wallet or original form of payment based on the refund method you selected.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a refund notification email. Refund time depends on your refund method and bank.

Why is the received amount less than the refund amount?

1. The bank charges a commission fee.

2. The exchange rate has changed compared to that of the payment.

If you receive less than the original amount, you may contact your bank to check the above scenarios.
